MONDAY: 6:00pm - 7:00pm  |  Beginner's Hatha Flow - Bron

This class is perfect for all levels of practice & beginners are most welcome.  Bron takes a gentle approach and guides students through each pose with care and some hands on alignment. The perfect class to discover your inner flow. 


WEDNESDAY: 6 pm - 7 pm  |  Heated Vinyasa Flow - Eliza

A high intensity class, suitable to most levels of experience* combining the flowing style of Vinyasa Yoga with a sequence of strong energetic postures. We work to build physical strength & flexibility through the whole body, while using a mindful approach to breath and remaining present. Room is typically heated.


SATURDAY: am OR pm class confirmed weekly  |  Yin - Eliza

A low intensity class, suitable for all levels of experience. This class combines floor based Yin Yoga with a more flowing style of Hatha (Yang) Yoga. Yin works into connective tissue, ligaments and joints by holding each pose for between 3 and 10 minutes. The class finishes with a short flow sequence and meditation. 


Prenatal Yoga classes available by appointment - Bron

Please contact us if you would like to book in for prenatal Yoga classes. Bron's nurturing approach creates a relaxing environment for mums and bumps to work the body into safe and therapeutic postures while pregnant. 

* Wednesday 6 pm class isn't suited to beginners, but may be OK for people who have a regular fitness routine and haven't practiced much Yoga. Please give Eliza a call to discuss if you have any questions :)
